With drawal from the contract
All consumers of our store have the right to withdraw from the distance contract.
How to do it?
1. It is enough to submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract by e-mail sent to our e-mail address: biuro@kmb-steelproduct.eu
2. The returned product should be sent to the following address: os Dywizjonu 303 62 F / 36, 31-875 Cracow, POLAND within 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract The withdrawal period is 14 days. Previously made payments by the consumer will then be returned to his account.

In such a situation, you can expect replacement of the product with a defective model or repair of the damaged product. There is also a possibility of a price reduction due to a defect or complete withdrawal from the contract. We are responsible for identified defects up to 24 months from the delivery of the product.
